"I am a Western New York–based tile and remodeling professional with a background shaped by hands-on work and industry training. I attended the Schluter Innovation Workshop in Vaughan, Ontario, where I learned advanced methods for waterproofing, substrate prep, tile assemblies, and heated flooring systems. I’ve also spent five years with S&J Home Improvements, where I gained practical experience on a wide range of projects and developed the standards I still follow today.

I hold a degree in Economics and Finance from Buffalo State University. That background strengthened how I plan, communicate, and manage projects, and it plays a direct role in how I run my business and stay organized on every job.

I continue to build on my training through ongoing learning, manufacturer workshops, and staying current with industry standards. I take pride in clear communication, organized planning, and a steady, detail-focused approach to every project I take on."
